Our CRM's latest addition, Paid Groups within communities, empowers admins and owners to monetize both Public and Private community groups. This feature enables charging users for access to exclusive content and features.

Paid Groups: Introducing a groundbreaking enhancement to our CRM's community functionality - Paid Groups. Now, admins and owners can effortlessly monetize both Public and Private community groups, offering a seamless way to generate revenue while providing exclusive content and experiences to their users.👇🏻

⭐️ Why does it matter to your business?

  • Monetize Communities: Generate revenue by charging users for access to your community groups, turning them into valuable income streams.

  • Flexible Payment Options: Admins can choose between one-time payments for unlimited access or recurring subscriptions for ongoing revenue.

  • Streamlined Group Access: Seamless process for granting access post-payment, enhancing user experience and engagement.

⭐️ How To Use Paid Groups?

  1. Access the membership tab from the side menu bar. Select communities and then create a new group.

    2. After clicking on the “ + Create Group “. A new window will appear. Fill out all the information.

    3. Scroll Down to fill All the required data. And after filling in all the the required data hit create and your group will be created.

  1. After creating the group. Log in to the group.

  1. Private and Public Groups:

    Navigate to settings.

Choose between setting up your group as Public or Private.

  1. One-Time Payment:

    Go to Settings > Subscriptions. Click “ Add new price,”

    Specify amount and type as one-time. Click "Add" and "Save" to create a paid group with one-time payment.

    After Completing all the process. Your private group will look something like this where customers can subscribe to your group with one-time payment.

  2. Recurring Subscription:

    Specify amount, type as recurring, trial days (if any), and billing period (Monthly or Annually).Click "Add" and "Save" to create the paid group with recurring subscription.

    After Completing all the process. Your private group will look something like this where customers can subscribe to your group with recurring payments every month/year.

  3. Group Access:

    Grant access after payment by following the process for Private Groups (People Tab > Filter > Requested > Accept/Deny Membership).

    For Public Groups, users sign up and become members automatically after payment.
