Navigate to Sites > Chat Widget > Chat Type > Live Chat.

  1. Obtain the chat widget code for easy website integration. Copy this code in the body or the footer section of your website.

  1. Navigate to the website builder and click on “Edit”.

  1. Choose a page to edit.

  1. Add an element and choose Custom Code.
