⭐️ How To Collect Partial Payments On Calendar Bookings:
Go to “Settings” in your account.
Access the “Calendar” tab from the left navigation menu and click on “Create Calendar” or edit an existing one by clicking on three dots.
Enable the “Accept Payments” toggle for the calendar from Calendar Settings > Forms & Payments section.
First specify the total amount for your service or appointment and select the desired currency and then check the “Accept Partial Payment” box. Choose whether to add a “Flat Amount or a percentage” and then add the “Deposit Amount” and click on “Save” Button.
View the partial payments on your calendar.
Under “Payment” tab click on Transaction.
Here you can see the amount charged during booking (Deposit Amount).
The pending amount to be collected from the booker (Total Amount - Deposit Amount). The invoice status remains in draft, and you are required to manually collect the pending amount.
